If people can book it, Venuo can run it.
Studios · saunas · music rooms · labs · event halls · community spaces · treatment rooms — any members-only space that needs a clean self-serve booking calendar. Your tool, not a marketplace.

Where managing your own bookings breaks down
What you get
One booking calendar for every kind of space
Self-serve booking for any space
Studio, sauna, lab, or hall — define the space, set its hours, and your members book themselves. No back-and-forth.
Recurring & series bookings
A standing Tuesday rehearsal or a multi-week course — set the series once, edit it as a group.
Member-only access
Your studio, sauna or workshop stays members-only — your community books, the public can’t. Invite members and gate who reserves what.
One link + QR per space
Every studio, room or sauna gets a shareable link and a printable QR code. Scan to book — no app to download.
All spaces & locations in one dashboard
Every space type and every location rolls up into a single view, not separate apps.
5 languages on launch
EN, DE, FR, ES, PL. Each member sees the calendar in their own language with no setup.
What kinds of spaces can Venuo book?
Venuo books any space your members reserve by time — not just meeting rooms. Studios, saunas, music and rehearsal rooms, labs, makerspaces, event halls, treatment rooms, clubhouses, and shared community spaces all run on the same booking calendar. If a space has a schedule and people who reserve it, Venuo can manage it.
The model is deliberately generic. You define a space, set its hours and booking rules, and give your members a self-serve calendar. Venuo does not assume the space is an office — the same engine handles a recording booth, a hot tub, or a 200-seat hall.
Do I need a separate tool per space type?
No — one calendar handles all of them. A single Venuo account runs every space type in one dashboard. A community centre can list its gym, its kitchen, and its event hall side by side. A studio can book edit suites, live rooms, and shared equipment from the same view.
Mixing space types does not cost more or require separate logins. Each space carries its own hours, rules, and QR code, but they all roll up into one calendar — so the person managing bookings sees the whole building at once instead of juggling several apps.
Is Venuo a marketplace?
No. Venuo is the tool you run for your own members — not a marketplace or discovery app. It does not advertise your space, find you customers, or take a cut of bookings. Your members book through your own calendar and your own link.
That distinction matters. Marketplaces charge a commission on every booking and list your space publicly next to competitors. Venuo charges a flat monthly fee, lists nothing publicly unless you choose to, and leaves you with 100% of what you earn. If you already have your community, Venuo gives them a clean way to book.
What if my space doesn’t fit a category?
It doesn’t need to. Venuo never assumes what your space is — if members reserve it by time, in slots you control, Venuo can run it. A float tank, a darkroom, a climbing wall, a 200-seat hall: same calendar, your own booking rules, your own link.
You define the unit, its hours, and who can book. Nothing about the engine is office- or court-specific — the “weird” space is exactly the one Venuo is built to be flexible enough for.
Venuo vs how you do it now
Most member-run spaces start on paper, WhatsApp, or a spreadsheet. Here is where each one gives out.
| Criteria | Paper diary | WhatsApp group | Google Sheet | Venuo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Double-bookings | Whoever wrote it first wins — if you can read it | Two “yes” replies in the same thread | Two people edit the same cell | Blocked automatically — overlaps can’t happen |
| Booking after hours | Waits until someone is in the building | Message and hope someone answers | Works — until the link breaks or a row does | Self-serve 24/7, from any phone |
| Who does the admin | You | You | You | Members book themselves |
| Recurring slots | Rewritten by hand every week | Re-asked every week | Copy-pasted rows that drift | Set the series once, edit it as a group |
| Seeing the whole schedule | One crossed-out page at a time | Scroll back through the chat | One tab per space, no single view | Every space and location in one calendar |
