Billing & Plans

Venuo uses a per-location flat-rate pricing model. Plans differ by scale (number of spaces, users, and bookings), not by which core features you get. Visitor Management is the one optional add-on — $29/mo, available on any plan.

All paid plans include unlimited booking history, all integrations, multi-location support, and full analytics.

Visitor Management is an optional $29/mo add-on, available on any plan.

Upgrading your plan

1. Go to Settings → Billing (Owner access required)
2. Click Upgrade plan
3. Select a plan and billing period (monthly or annual — annual saves ~17%)
4. Enter payment details via the Stripe checkout flow
5. Upgrade is immediate — your new limits apply instantly

Managing your subscription

From Settings → Billing you can:

• View current plan and renewal date
• Update payment method
• Download invoices
• Downgrade or cancel (takes effect at end of billing period)

Additional locations

Adding more locations to your plan:

• Starter: $29/mo per additional location (above the first included location)
• Pro: $25/mo per additional location (above the 3 included locations)
