Visitor Management
Register, track, and check in visitors with Venuo's visitor management system.
Venuo’s visitor management system lets you pre-register external guests, generate check-in QR codes, and automatically notify hosts when their visitor arrives.
What visitor management does
- Pre-register visitors — Log a visitor’s name, email, and host before they arrive
- Generate check-in QR codes — Each visitor record produces a unique QR code to scan on arrival
- Notify the host — When a visitor checks in, their host receives an instant notification (Slack message or SMS, if configured)
- Access log — Keep a searchable record of everyone who has entered your space
Common use cases

Managing visitors
Go to Visitors in the left navigation to:
- Create a new visitor record (name, email, host, expected arrival date)
- View today’s expected visitors
- Check in a visitor manually or via QR scan
- Export visitor logs for compliance
